Rachel E. Forster focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on like-kind exchanges, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and title. She has experience in a variety of business matters, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, entity formation and maintenance, and other business agreements. Rachel also assists clients in capital formation strategies and divestitures involving foreign investors to achieve the most effective tax framework.
During law school, Rachel was a law clerk for BKF focusing on business and real estate transactions. She also worked for a civil litigation firm in San Diego.

Rachel is originally from San Francisco and lived in Dallas, Texas for four years. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, golfing, yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
