Rachel E. Forster focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on like-kind exchanges, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and title. She has experience in a variety of business matters, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, entity formation and maintenance, and other business agreements. Rachel also assists clients in capital formation strategies and divestitures involving foreign investors to achieve the most effective tax framework.
