Rachel E. Forster is an associate attorney at Blanchard, Krasner & French who joined the firm as a law clerk in 2019. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on like-kind exchanges, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and title.

About

Rachel assists clients with entity structuring and capital formation strategies involving foreign investment in U.S. assets to achieve the most effective tax framework.

Rachel also has experience in a variety of business matters, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, entity formation and maintenance, and other business agreements.

During law school, Rachel was a law clerk for BKF, focusing on business and real estate transactions. She also worked for a civil litigation firm in San Diego.

Rachel is originally from San Francisco. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, Pilates, and spending time with friends and family.
