Kevin J. Oberlies is a Nevada and California-licensed associate attorney who joined Blanchard, Krasner & French in 2021. His areas of practice focus on efficiently providing professional legal services for his clients.

Kevin regularly practices trademark registration, corporate transactions, and probate litigation.

Kevin often performs real estate transactions and estate planning services, including assisting clients with real estate loans, preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, and working on all facets of litigation.  

Kevin has undertaken a variety of projects during his professional journey with Blanchard, Krasner & French and often engages with different attorneys on a daily and weekly basis.

While a J.D. candidate at the University of San Diego School of Law, Kevin participated in and won individual and team awards for moot court tournaments, including international competitions. 

Kevin participated in multiple externships during law school, including semesters at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and the U.S. Attorneys’ Office. Immediately prior to law school, Kevin served as a tutor for grades 4-8 in Baltimore, MD. 

Kevin hails from the Philadelphia area, and he still supports those local sports teams. He enjoys playing hockey and watching his Philadelphia Flyers, as well as basketball and golf.  

If he is not playing sports, Kevin is likely spending time with his fiancée and two dogs, or he may be riding his motorcycle in north and east San Diego County.
