Cortney E. Young

Mediator
Cortney E. Young

Cortney E. Young is a Mediator whose approach to dispute resolution is pragmatic and unrelenting. After spending years in litigation, she began seeing trends in how litigated cases were being resolved out of court and in 2014 she became a neutral. Since then has resolved disputes ranging from hundreds of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars and has guided parties through the mediation process successfully to help them arrive at a resolution. Clients hire Cortney to mediate a variety of cases including, but not limited to, asset valuation, eminent domain, securities, probate and trust disputes, breach of contract, homeowner association disputes, foreclosure and super-priority mediation, boundary disputes, landlord-tenant, complex civil litigation, and family law matters.
