Michael Weitz has been with the firm since 2007. He focuses his practice in civil litigation and has represented parties in a variety of real property, contract, employment, and trademark disputes.
Mr. Weitz is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor with honors. He served on the San Diego Law Review as an Executive Editor and was elected to the Order of the Coif upon graduation for his academic achievements. Prior to law school, Mr. Weitz received a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
Mr. Weitz is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California.
