Michael Weitz focuses his practice in civil litigation, and has represented individuals and businesses in a variety of real property, contract, employment, and trademark disputes.

Mr. Weitz is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor with honors.  While pursuing his degree he served on the San Diego Law Review as a member and Executive Editor.  He was elected a member of the Order of the Coif upon graduation.  Prior to law school, Mr. Weitz received a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.

Mr. Weitz is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

He currently resides in San Diego, California.
