Ms. Teague focuses her practice in the areas of corporate law, tax law, ERISA, insurance regulation, and estate planning.

 

Ms. Teague is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor. While pursuing her degree, she served on the San Diego Law Review as a member. She also studied international contract law and negotiations in Barcelona, Spain through the USD School of Law’s Institute on International and Comparative Law. Prior to working for the firm, Ms. Teague gained valuable experience working for the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, and received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California for her work there.

 

Ms. Teague received her undergraduate degree in Public Relations, with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin. She also achieved her Business Foundations Certification, with highest distinction, from the McCombs School of Business.

 

Ms. Teague is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
